10 out of 10

Compass Center research, training, and consultancy NGO, together with Training Club of the Youth Department of Social-Educational Center of Shirak Diocese performs “10 out of 10” training project. The project consisted of 10 training meetings with young pop students, and those who were interested.

Compass Center conducted a survey among students to identify their educational needs, and it helped the Center’s non-formal educational activities to be more effective. Eighty three students from ASUE Gyumri Branch, GSPI, and YAFA participated in the survey. The survey results showed that the youth is interested in non-formal education and has a positive attitude toward this method of education.Through the survey on the Facebook page, topics for trainings were suggested. As a result, topics with the highest number of votes were included in the project “10 out of 10”. Each week, a training was dedicated to one of the selected topics.
It’s not often that the youth of Gyumri is given the opportunity to participate in workshops conducted by experienced and educated speakers, to work with and get the necessary knowledge on various topics. “10 out of 10” is actually an opportunity for everyone to get up-to-date and free education which is also of importance.
